Building Aboriginal Cultural Safety — Group

$2,950.00 +gst

This workshop is designed as a follow-up to our Building Aboriginal Cultural Competency (BACC) program, providing organisations with the tools to build on their existing knowledge and implement lasting changes. However, it can also be delivered as a standalone session for organisations that have previously completed other cultural awareness or competency programs.

Take the next step in fostering diversity, inclusion, and respect within your organisation. Our half-day Aboriginal Cultural Safety Workshop builds on foundational cultural awareness training to help participants develop practical strategies for creating culturally safe workplaces. This workshop emphasises the importance of mutual respect, shared understanding, and meaningful engagement with Aboriginal colleagues and communities.

Led by our skilled and experienced facilitators, this workshop offers a blend of group exercises and focused discussions that encourage participants to reflect both personally and professionally.

We offer online or in person learning options.

In person
We host the sessions at the Koorie Heritage Trust in the heart of Melbourne. Group sizes are kept to a minimum of 10 and capped at 25 to ensure every participant has meaningful interaction with both the facilitator and their peers.

To host a workshop at your preferred venue, please contact us to discuss the details.

Online
Our BACC online workshops offer the same high-quality content as our in person sessions, with the added convenience of remote participation via Zoom.
