We are leaders in Building Aboriginal Cultural Competency (BACC), offering workshops that are carefully designed to foster cultural awareness and understanding. Our facilitators are experts in Indigenous Cultural Awareness and experienced in working with diverse sectors. We can also tailor programs to meet your specific needs, ensuring the workshop aligns with the goals and challenges of your organisation.
Our BACC workshops are built around participatory learning, encouraging reflection on personal values, beliefs, and behaviours. We welcome organisations from all sectors, including education, health, justice, and land & resources, and our content suits the reconciliation plan needs of your field.
Our workshops deliver high-quality content with the flexibility to suit your needs – each workshop runs for 4 hours, with two scheduled breaks to keep participants refreshed and engaged.

In person
We host the sessions at the Koorie Heritage Trust in the heart of Melbourne. Group sizes are kept to a minimum of 10 and capped at 25 to ensure every participant has meaningful interaction with both the facilitator and their peers.

Our BACC online workshops offer the same high-quality content as our in person sessions, with the added convenience of remote participation via Zoom.
